Family & Legacy Collection by Patriot Porch ships within the United States. International shipping is currently paused.

Free standard U.S. shipping is included with every order.

Many products are made to order or personalized. Processing time varies by product and is separate from carrier transit time. Please email hellofamilyandlegacyco@gmail.com before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.

When tracking is available, we’ll send it to the email address provided at checkout. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hellofamilyandlegacyco@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.
