Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.
Personalized Items
Because every item is custom-made with your personalization details, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect personalization information provided by the customer. Items received damaged, defective, or with a personalization error on our part will be reviewed for replacement or refund. Please contact us with your order number and photos.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
